Menora REIT Sdn Bhd [MRSB] was incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 on 26 April 2019 as Private Limited Company mainly on Property Investment in Malaysia.

Through our investment and new ventures,  MRSB successfully launched our new Healthy and Organic Products in Malaysia and Indonesia on July 2020 under the name of SehatLife. 

During our company restructure on July 2020, SehatLife Malaysia Sdn Bhd [formerly known as SehatLife Malaysia] and PT SehatLife Internasional Indonesia was successfully incorporated. 

Menora Consulting primary sectors are in Project Management, Acquisition Investment and Business Liaison.   

Current portfolio for Menora Asset Management mainly at Malaysia [Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Perak] and Indonesia [West Java].  

Meanwhile our Agriculture and Plantation sectors are located in Perak, under Menora Plantation, Menora Aquaculture and Bukit Kerdah Integrated Farm.

Menora Solutions Sdn Bhd  activities are mainly in Renewable and Green Energy sector.

Our 1st [First] Joint Ventures arrangement in June 2022,  Menora Oil Palm Sdn Bhd, Bukit Kerdah Oil Palm Sdn Bhd and Kati Oil Palm Sdn Bhd was successfully incorporated and registered with MPOB as DF.

In January 2023, Menora Retreat has been set up for our Agro Tourism [1st Clone Durian Centre in Malaysia] and   Menora Islamiah Centre [Hafazan Withs Skills] which located at Sayong, Kuala Kangsar [which still in progess] . 

Currently our Management Team lead by our CEO/Founder which is Mr. Megat Badarul and also sat on the Board of various companies in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Mrs. Mazliana Tarmizi is our CFO/Co-Founder. She also sat on the Board of various companies in Malaysia.

Mr. Reza Azmi as our Sales Director. He also sat on the Board of various companies in Malaysia.

Mr. Megat Nazim as our Operation Director for the group and also on the Board of various companies in Malaysia.

Mr. Yushairi Mohamad Yusof as Co Founder/Director of PT SehatLife Indonesia International. Under his  portfolio, he will lead  our Menora Islamiah Centre [Hafazan With Skills].
